B) Transportation

  1. By Airport Bus: Take the Cityflyer route no. E23 from the Hong Kong International Airport, get off at Tak Man Street bus-stop. The Guest House is a few minutes walk from the bus-stop.
  2. By Airport Express Train and MTR: Take the Kwun Tong Line to Whampoa MTR station, the Guest House is a 5-minute walk from Exit A of Whampoa MTR Station.
  3. By East Rail or West Rail: Take the East Rail or West Rail, get off at Hung Hom Station, take the minibus Routes no. 6, 6A or a 15-minutes walk from the Hung Hom Station to our Guest House.

Successful applicant should pay the first month Lodging Fee and a one-month Security Deposit in one lot. The Security Deposit of HK$6,300 or HK$3,800 for Single Room or 1/2-shared Twin Room, respectively, will be refunded to the Tenant within 10 days from the date of delivery of vacant possession of the Premises to the Landlord, subject to no outstanding claim on lodging fee, room inventory, electricity or other charges or owed debt. Special offer and payment during 2022: For University's student during their stay in our hostel during 2022 their special term will be One month advance payment when enter the hostel and pay monthly in cash or cheque for any additional month. This special offer condition will be valid until December 31, 2022.

3. Service and Payment Terms

  1. The First Payment includes one month of the lodging fee (i.e. HK$6,300 for a Single Room and HK$3,800 for a 1/2-shared Twin Room) and a one-month Security Deposit of HK$6,300 for a Single Room and a HK$3,800 for a 1/2-shared Twin Room and it shall be paid within 5 days after confirmation of booking. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the Lodging fee in advance on the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term. Special offer and payment during 2022: For University's student during their stay in our hostel during 2022 their special term will be One month advance payment when enter the hostel and pay monthly in cash or cheque for any additional month. This special offer condition will be valid until December 31, 2022.
  2. The Tenant will be provided with Air-conditioning, Wifi, local telephone and water free of charge.
  3. The Landlord shall provide room-cleaning service and exchange of pillow case , sleeping and blanket sheet once a week. Any extra exchange of pillow case, sleeping sheet or blanket sheet will be charged at HK$100/set.
  4. Payments can be made in cash or remit to HOLY CARPENTER CHURCH - HOLY CARPENTER GUEST HOUSE 聖匠堂賓館 bank account (Hang Seng Bank 恒生銀行 #346-2-002548).
  5. To secure a residential place, the Tenant applicant, upon receiving the email on “Offer of a residential place”, should remit the First Payment to HOLY CARPENTER GUEST HOUSE bank account within 5 days after the email notification and email back the scanned copy of the payment receipt after remittance. If the applicant fails to settle the payment within 5 days after the email notification, his/her offer will be replaced by another applicant on the waiting list without prior notice.

4. Others
The Tenant shall agree to respect the religion of the Landlord, which is Christianity. We shall provide a quiet, peaceful and comfortable environment for the Tenant. As such, the Tenant shall agree, including but not limited to, avoid using vulgar languages, not to smoke, not to consume excessive alcohol, not to wear inappropriate clothing such as low-cut, extremely-short skirt and trousers, not to invite any person to stay overnight in the Premises, and not to keep pet.

In case the number of applications outnumbers the residential places on offer, the Landlord reserves the right to provisionally offer the places & the applications will be put on the waiting list.
